HOW LONG WILL I HAVE THE CASTLE?

We aim to have all castles delivered before 1pm, and start collecting early evening, usually in the same order that we deliver, so that everyone gets the same amount of time. However if you require specific delivery or collection times, we will do our best to accommodate you.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

There is NO DEPOSIT to pay. We require cash on delivery of the castle.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?

Approximately 10 – 15 minutes to erect and about the same amount of time to dismantle.

WHAT AGES CAN USE THE CASTLES?

All castles are insured up to the age of 14 years.

WHAT ABOUT CANCELLING THE CASTLE DUE TO BAD WEATHER?

All castles come with rain covers, and we find that most people who have arranged a party tend to still require the castle on a rainy day. However, if the weather is extremely bad we appreciate that you may want to cancel for which there will be no charge.

WHAT SURFACES CAN THE CASTLE BE ERECTED ON?

Castles can be erected on most surfaces provided that the area is flat and free from any sharp objects.
